Dr. Ulwyn Pierre is the Principal and CEO of Pierre & Associates, Inc. It is a full-service executive coaching, human resource management, and organizational development consulting company in the U.S.  Her rationale is that each person and company are different and have personal and professional wants, needs, desires, problems, challenges, objectives, and goals.
