Camille
Ramdial is the Governing Director of Camilleon Consulting Ltd. She has 18 years
experience in the customer service and financial services industries. Based on
her academic and managerial experience, Camille is expert at designing and delivering
workshops in the areas of communication, managing conflict, customer service and
leadership development. Camille
realized her entrepreneurial dream by starting Camilleon Consulting Ltd in 2001,
after discovering her Life's purpose of helping persons and organizations change
their futures to fulfill their potential. She holds a Diploma in Business Administration
from Wilfrid Laurier University, Ontario Canada and certificates in the areas
of leadership, critical thinking, and communication effectiveness from Roytec,
UWI-IOB, Dale Carnegie International and the Centre and Foundation for Critical
Thinking, USA. She
is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago
(HRMATT) and Association of Female Executives of Trinidad and Tobago (AFETT) which
is the local arm of the international organization, National Association of Female
Executives (NAFE of USA). Camille has been featured in local women's magazines
for her focus on leadership and a being a role model to others. She has also written
articles in regional magazines on financial planning. Further

MICHAEL CUMBERBATCH, MSOD

Cumberbatch is an Organization Development consultant with extensive experience
in team effectiveness training, leadership development, analysis of system efficiency
and coaching for success. He is particularly adept at helping organizations and
individuals discover and fulfill their purpose, power and potential. Michael
has held many leadership roles with multinationals in the Energy Sector. He has
consulted for multinational corporations in the USA, South America, Middle East
and the Caribbean. Michael blends his knowledge and work experience to design
his workshops, so that participants have described him as creative, insightful,
inspiring and life changing. Mr.
Cumberbatch holds a Masters of Science in Organization Development from American
University/National Training Laboratory, Washington D.C. Michael is one of two
persons accredited as an Organization Development Consultant in the Caribbean,
by this world renowned institution. He is also certified by Barry Oshry, to facilitate
the Organization Workshop, which is a highly interactive program focusing on systemic
thinking. It highlights the significance of partnership with Tops, Middles, Bottoms
and Customers in the organization. Michael received a certificate for attending
the 25th International Conference on Critical Thinking (2005) held in Berkeley,
California. This was organized by The Centre and Foundation for Critical Thinking
which is the world's premier organization in the field of Critical Thinking. | |
